“The Cidery”, which produces Aaron Burr Cider in Wurtsboro, New York, is a small homestead farm dating back to the early 1800s. on this land began in 2006 with the planting of a cider-orchard. All of our ciders are simply Autumn fermented, Winter aged, and bottled just prior to Spring dryness. Our ciders are dry, naturally carbonated (if carbonated at all), unfiltered, and un-sulfited, with no additions like sugar, flavors, tannin, etc.
This focus is founded on the belief that early Americans drank history’s best cider.
Gummy bears, strawberry, rose petal, pine.
In season spring salads, Thanksgiving dinner, Butternut squad spreads and soup
