This new BRUTAL is 50% Malvasia de Sitges and 50% Gewürztraminer. The vines are more than 40 years old, destemmed and co-fermented grapes with all the rapa (fresh) and all the skin for 8 months in a stainless steel vat. A breeze in all its expression

Our own vineyards are in the Upper Penedès, with calcareous – clay soil, low rainfall and Mediterranean influence. Our wines Xarel.lo, Sumoll and other varieties are made with minimal intervention winemaking and biodynamic precepts.
