Analogue Wine - Sagrantino
The Australian made Sagrantino we often see is big, flabby and boring. In Italy, they are quite often lighter and punchier styles. Andy has managed to pull that off here too, with some Heathcote fruit. Sustainably farmed Sagrantino from the Chalmers Merbeir vinevard. Whole bunch carbonic maceration for 8 das, fermented In fiberglass, nothing added.
