Domaine Tetta - Aki Queen Macéré
Japanese Natural Wine!
Comprised mostly of the fresh table grape Aki Queen (90%), which is characterized by a deep rosé color and rich, tropical aromas. Whole cluster, carbonic maceration soften tannins. Bottled slightly effervescent with just 15 ppm of sulfur.
Aki Queen is famous for table grapes in Japan. It is Japanese variety. We macerated Aki Queen for 4 months while doing punching down 3 times in a day. After pressing we blended it with the other Rosé wine ( it is blended Muscat Bailey A and Chardonnay and Aki Queen) The wine is deep pink. The wine has a medium aroma intensity and it is youthful. The wine is dry with medium acidity, medium (-)body.
