Grapes are 100% from Yamagata. Blended direct pressed Steuben & Delaware together and 6 days of skin fermented Steuben. Then added a small portion of Niagara. Charming, fresh & fruity rose.

A blend of Steuben from Shinden, Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture, and Delaware directly pressed together with Steuben brewed with skin for 6 days after de-stemming. Finally, a small amount of skin, brewed stuben and Niagara were added for 5 days to balance the aroma. Fresh and fruity rosé with an impressive charming fruit flavor derived from Stuben.

Established in 2015 by two friends and restaurant owners, Kazuomi Fujimaki and Takayuki Taira, Grape Republic is a producer of wine in Japan, predominantly from Labrusca grapes in pergola. Wines from own vineyards as well as supporting ageing local growers.
