Domaine Tetta - Chardonnay Perlant Diversité

Domaine Tetta - Chardonnay Perlant Diversité

Japanese Natural Wine!

This wine was made from six varieties (Albarino, Petit Manseng, Kerner, Riesling, Semillon, Pinot Blanc) besides Chardonnay. We picked up them in late September. So I feel the body is bigger than Chardnnay Perlant 2020VT. We also used grape which was damaged by Botrytis and the other disease, when we taste it and feel sweet. And we chose whole-bunch press. We didn't control fermentation temperature.

We bottled at the end of fermentation, so this wine become Perlant (Gas volume less than Pétillant. Diversité means diversity in French. This wine was made from diverse varieties. And one of the our winery's policies is diversity. When I taste this wine, I feel like drinking craft beer. And after mixing lees, I feel like drinking Sweet Sake (Rice wine).
