Indigeno - Bianco (2020)

Indigeno - Bianco (2020)

White wine obtained from the spontaneous fermentation of white grapes without temperature control and without adding chemicals. The skins remain in contact for 8 days in open vats, then the racking and pressing are carried out and transferred to fiberglass containers where it refines on its lees for 8 months and a natural decantation takes place followed by further refinement in the bottle.

Cantina Indigeno is small project from a group of three friends in Italy’s Abruzzo region, focused on making fresh, low-alcohol, highly drinkable natural wines from local grape varieties.
