90% Montepulciano 10% Trebbiano obtained from the spontaneous fermentation of red grapes without temperature control and without the addition of chemicals. The skins remain in contact for 18 days in open vats, then the racking and pressing are carried out and transferred to fiberglass containers where it refines on its lees for 8 months, decanting naturally, followed by further refinement in the bottle.
