Riesling / Muscat / Pinot Auxerrois / Pinot Gris / Gewurtzraminer / Sylvaner
21 days of carbonic maceration

Aged in barrels

les jardins enchantants is a biopolycultural market gardening project

When the opportunity to rent this communal land in the village of his childhood presented itself to gabriel, he did not really know where it would lead him. The only thing he wanted was to bring his stone to the building by allowing, a worn earth to the heart, to rest a little.

Today, the objective is clear and precise: to mix Culture and Agriculture, and to nourish body and mind in a healthy and joyful way.

Our choice is to keep this micro farm alive, because we want to show that it is possible to grow good food in a concentrated, thoughtful and better way on less space.

"1ha and no more” our goal in the coming years is to take out three salaries per hectare. to do this we act to "become to work" and not "fashion" for a paid rate/hourly. we have remunerative prix, often higher or slightly higher than those of colleagues in the markets. we are peasants and proud to be. a peasant is a person who acts in his country, who makes things move by his actions. with a little provocation, in front of us the customer is no longer king. he is a citizen who deserves respect as the farmer. by the way we present our vegetables, we wonder about the price per kilo that we find very reductive. because it pushes to be in a sterile comparison.

At the market we are not sellers, but pedagogues, agitators of consciences. "food is your first medicine" or "you are what you eat" helps us set up our pharmacy of the week every week. Feeding is not a robotic state and leads to being inventive.
