100% Macabeau skin macerated for 6 weeks. This wine is fermented spontaneously, using biodynamic practices and is unfined and unfiltered.

One of the most elegant, age-worthy skin contact orange wines we carry. Really well made, with no rough edges. Round fruit, kind of waxy, very textural, lots of orange and peach, white flowers, Indian spices, but dry and a nice deep minerality. 

Note: Can come in brown or white bottle.
