Hailing from beautiful Cincinnati Ohio, FRUITBLOOD is the product of a winemaker and a designer duo, who are hell bent on making good fruit wine ‘a thing’. In their opinion wine only has two jobs: taste good and be fun. While making spontaneously fermented fruit-and-grape pet-nats, they prioritize flavor intensity and approachability over literally everything else. Why? Because if you’re not enjoying yourself, why bother?
Taking the same approach to branding and bottle art, FRUITBLOOD’s labels are wild, fun and inclusive; taking extra care to introduce new consumers to the category and excite those who are maybe more familiar. In keeping accessible to any level of wine drinker, their label descriptions get straight to the point and are anything but cryptic or nuanced. The goal is to empower drinkers to select something they’d actually like so they’ve taken the "revolutionary" step to simply tell you what you can expect. No pontification, no name dropping, no industry lingo, no talking down, just tasty sparkling fruit wines unlike anything you’ve (probably) tasted.
