Grape Republic - Ambra Frizzante (2019)
Grapes are 100% from Nanyo,Yamagata. The wine is a blend of 12 hours skin contact of Delaware, Steuben, Niagara and skin fermented Delaware for 5 days. Then bottled with 12g/L of residual sugar for a light petillant effect. Well-balanced between fruitiness, acidity and slight tannins.
