Grape Republic - Aromatico Frizzante (2019)

Grape Republic - Aromatico Frizzante (2019)

Grapes are 100% from Nanyo, Yamagata. The wine is a blend of 12 hours skin contact of Niagara, Rosario Bianco, Neo Muscat, Shine Muscat and direct pressed Delaware. Fermented in stainless steel vats. Then bottled with 12g/L of residual sugar for a light petillant effect. Literally aromatic and refreshing crisp wine.

Established in 2015 by two friends and restaurant owners, Kazuomi Fujimaki and Takayuki Taira, Grape Republic is a producer of wine in Japan, predominantly from Labrusca grapes in pergola. Wines from own vineyards as well as supporting ageing local growers.
