Grapes are 100% from Yamagata. Blended direct pressed Steuben & Delaware together and 6 days of skin fermented Steuben. Then added a small portion of Niagara. Charming, fresh & fruity rose.
A blend of Steuben from Shinden, Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture, and Delaware directly pressed together with Steuben brewed with skin for 6 days after de-stemming. Finally, a small amount of skin, brewed stuben and Niagara were added for 5 days to balance the aroma. Fresh and fruity rosé with an impressive charming fruit flavor derived from Stuben.
