Soto - 21 Sauvage
100% Carbonic Macerated Mourvedre
We wanted to make a fun wine this year for Beaujolais Nouveau day and got this slammer ready right in time for the holidays. This light red was made from Mourvedre grapes using carbonic maceration. it was then crushed and pressed into stainless steel tanks where it finsihed fermentation and chilled out until it was ready for bottling. with the help of our friend Kat Cadena we came up with a label that plays off of 21 savage's "issa" album cover which reflects the wild wine in the bottle. Sauvage is a French term meaning wild, natural or savage which is perfectly fitting. This is 100% glou glou. Grab a bottle and make a party out of it.
