Sumoll from Salinar Vineyard fermented and aged in small clay amphora for 4 months. 2 day maceration. All 3 of the Sumoll labels are designed by Ignasi's 6 year old daughter, Mar.
About the Winemaker:
Our family has been working and living in our property from 1405. We just work with the traditional varieties of Penedes region, such as xarel.lo, macabeo, parellada, monastrell, sumoll, garnatxa blanca and malvasia de sitges. All the property is organic and we produce, wines, oil, honey, vegetables, cereal and eggs. Certified Biodynamic by CCPAE.
